🚀 Just set up an event on lu.ma/create, make sure inClimate is in the event name, add [email protected] as a host, and request to add the event to our events calendar via lu.ma/inClimate.

Here are three easy guidelines for hosting your event to ensure it aligns with the inClimate spirit and reflects our community values:

💛 inClimate community events are meant to bring people across the climate sector together to foster synergies among members.

💸 Organizers are not allowed to profit from the event, whether through ticket sales or by actively promoting paid services during the event.

🙋‍♂️ ”inClimate” needs to be in the event name.

✔️ Step 1: Choose the Basics

• Decide what type of event you want to host: 📍 Local meetup, ☕ Coffee chat, 🏃 Physical activity, 🛠️ Workshop, 🍽️ Dinner, 🍹 Drinks, 📞 Webinar, …
• Select a date and time.
  • Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays have the highest attendance rates
  • Be sure to set up the event at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure attendance.
  • Lunch breakes (12-2PM), afternoons (4-6 PM), or evenings (7-9 PM) tend to work best, depending on the format.

📍Step 2: Select a Venue or Meeting Point

• Choose a venue that you know can accomodate the event, or pick an outdoor place if the climate allows for it.
